Party Booking Terms & Conditions
Special Dietary Requirements
When booking your party at JK we ask that you inform us of any specific dietary requirements, such as Vegetarian, Kosher, Halal, Diabetic, Gluten Free etc. Although we will try our best to accommodate specific dietary requirements, we do require advance notice (minimum 7 days) and request that you tell us when booking your child’s party. Please understand that it is not always possible for us to meet every requirement. Please ask to check ingredients if necessary. All food may contain traces of nuts.

Please note the minimum and maximum numbers required and accepted for your party package. Details are listed on our party information. N.B. Guest numbers (approximate) based on invitation and replies are required 7days prior to your party.
BOOKINGS/DEPOSITS/BALANCE PAYMENTS

•(i) A non refundable 50% payment of the total booking cost is required to secure your booking. Payments can be made in cash or by debit/credit card. Any payments made over and above the minimum deposit will be treated as deposit monies and are non refundable.
•(ii) Payment can be made in person or over the phone in which case a confirmation of booking will be forwarded to you. Payment of deposit to book a party confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions. Bookings not done in person are deemed to have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
•(iii) In the event of your cancellation of a party (for any reason whatsoever) deposits will not be refunded. In certain circumstances a transfer of deposit to an alternative date may be considered but is at the absolute discretion of JK. This includes online bookings. A booking fee of £3 will be added to any bookings transferred. Where alternative dates can not be found a 20% admin fee for cancellation over 10 days before the party date will be applied and a 50% admin fee for cancellation under 10 days before the party date will be applied.
•(iv) Balance payments for 'confirmed' guests are due atleast 48hrs before you arrive for your party. For any 'unconfirmed' guests, these can be paid on the day but The Party Food time will ONLY commence once ALL guests has been paid for.
•(v) Party packages cannot be downgraded less than 7 days prior to the party date.​
(vi) In some circumstances, which may be out of our control, the elected party area may not be available. In which case we will find a suitable area within our building.
(vii) We will not issue refunds. If we are forced to close due to circumstances beyond our control (ie National Emergency, Terror Attack, Weather, Disease, Virus, Epidemic, Infestation etc} We reserve the right to cancel any bookings, hold any payments, offer alternative dates where possible.
(viii) Parents are to advise, any Guest sibling who attends without invitation need to pay Play Admission in full and will not be included in the party package.
(ix) WE CANNOT MOVE ANY BOOKINGS DURING HOLIDAY PERIODS.
(x) IF A PARTY BALANCE IS NOT PAID, WE WILL NOTIFY THE CUSTOMER VIA EMAIL OR TELEPHONE. IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE PARTY DATE WE WILL ADD 5% PER WEEK TO THE BALANCE OWED. IF THE PAYMENT IS STILL NOT RECEIVED WE MAY PASS THE DEBT TO A DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY..

. PARTY GENERAL
​
•(i) FOR EASY PEASY, GOLD & BEAR PARTY. Please try and keep to a maximum of 1 adult per child. As the space is limited.
•(ii) All visitors must adhere to the rules of play.
•(iii) A JK Party Host will be dedicated to administer arrivals and organize your party room time. Party parent/guardian will be responsible for the care and supervision of all guests, including children who are left by their parents whilst attending your child’s party.
•(iv) For hygiene and safety reasons socks must be worn at all times by both children and adults on the play equipment.
•(v) Those under 16 years of age are NOT permitted to be used as supervisors.
•(vi) Party room decorations may be used at the discretion of the Management and will be put up by the JK Team. Pinata's, confetti, party poppers, silly string and sparklers (including sparkling candles) are not permitted. Any such additional decorations, banners, balloons etc must be discussed with a manager.
•(vii) No food or drink is to be brought into the centre or party without prior agreement from Management. (Excludes Diamond Package)
•(viii) Parent and adult guests are welcome to watch the Birthday celebration in the party room. You are welcome to photograph/film your party however please respect the privacy of other centre users and avoid photographing/filming in public areas.
•(ix) Parties wishing to bring or use the services of companies supplying characters/mascots must be approved by Just Kidding (UK) Ltd. A valid public liability insurance certificate will be required at least 7 days prior to your party to allow participation.
•(x) Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your party start time.
-Your Free One Time Visit Pass will be sent as a code to your Email provided, within 14 days after your party.
HOLIDAY VOUCHERS/PASSES:

•(i) Choose a venue JK Hanley or JK Holmes Chapel. Passes be redeemed only at the chosen venue.
•(ii) You can purchase multiple vouchers/passes.
•(iii) Vouchers/Passes can be used on bookings for more than one person.
•(iv) Vouchers/Passes are non-refundable & non transferable.
•(v) Vouchers/Passes are valid for different time periods
•(vi) Vouchers are usually valid for 12 months but this can be altered at any time by Just Kidding.
•(vii) We reserve the right to refuse entry and terminate the voucher/passes at anytime.
•(viii) Buying vouchers/passes means you agree to all our terms and conditions.

SEN Terms and Conditions.
-Booking Should Be Made Online To Monitor Interest. But We Do Accept Payments Made On The Day For Groups Below 5 persons.
-Every Child Needs To Be FULLY Supervised At All Times.
-Just Kidding encourages children to play and explore in a safe and stimulating environment. As such, there are inherent risks that are always associated with children playing and having fun together. These include: Children being exposed to moderate physical activity. Children tripping, falling and bumping into fixed objects and other children.
-Just Kidding has taken every reasonable step to control these risks through the design, maintenance and operation of the facility. However, it is impossible to eliminate such risks whilst providing a stimulating environment and parents/guardians must accept and recognise the risk.
-Only food and drink bought from the premises are allowed for consumption. (Unless agreed with a senior member of staff.)
-Inclusive play is important for all children and families with extra needs but safety is paramount and comes first. Any person under excess stress or causing any discomfort to others will be discreetly spoken to privately and may be asked to be removed from the premises in which provisions may be put in place to resume play at another suitable time.
ON SITE GENERAL INFORMATION
-We are prepared to allow entry to JK to those visitors willing to comply with the centre regulations set out below. Whilst inside JK all visitors must comply with any instructions given to them by JK personnel.
-JK reserves the right to close the centre or any attraction, ride or play frame without prior notice.
-Closure of any ride or area of the centre will not entitle visitors to a refund of admission fee.
-All persons entering JK must pay for admission or hold a valid admission ticket. If re-entry into JK is required, you must obtain an appropriate pass, before exiting the centre which must be shown at the time of re-entry to gain access to the centre.
-Admission tickets are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and void if altered. Admission tickets will only be exchanged or refunded if JK, in its absolute discretion, chooses to do so.
-All Children under the age of 17 need to be accompanied by an adult. Children (under 16) whilst in the centre must remain under the control or supervision of an adult (17 years or over) at all times.
-Vehicles are parked at owner’s risk. JK takes no responsibility for damage caused to any vehicle using the car park. We do not guarantee the security of your vehicle and / or its contents.
-Alcohol or illegal substances may not be taken into JK. Guests who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances may be refused admission to the centre or escorted from JK without right to refund.
-All rides, play frames, amusements and other facilities must only be used in accordance with the operator’s instructions.
-Use of atmospheric effects such as loud music, smoke machines, flashing lights and strobe lights take place during parties and general opening times. If any of your guests are epileptic or sensitive to any of these please ensure you notify us in advance to enable to us to disable certain effects.
-Tables are not to be pushed together unless authorised by a member of the team.
-Food and drink from outside is NOT PERMITTED. Birthday Cakes in the Main Seating Area must be permitted before arrival with a Manager. Food and drink can ONLY be consumed on the premises if bought onsite at Just Kidding. Birthday Cakes and Sweet treats are only allowed upstairs with a Party Package and when agreed with a manager.
-We run a Zero Tolerance Policy, any persons causing upset, disrupting other customers/staff members, verbally or physically, will be asked to leave the premises.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION, CANCEL BOOKINGS AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASONS WITHIN OR OUT OF OUR CONTROL.
ONLINE TICKETS
-Tickets bought online or by telephone are non-refundable for any reason.
-Tickets are dated tickets and are only valid on the date which is booked.
-Entry is ONLY guaranteed when pre-booked.

PHOTOGRAPHY
By entering JK you consent to us photographing or filming you and using the resulting pictures for any promotional purpose without payment to you. Photos taken will be also used on our Social Media Pages. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please visit reception and inform a team member.
LOG FILES/IP ADDRESSES
When you visit the JK website, we automatically log your IP address (the unique address which identifies your computer on the internet) which is automatically recognised by our web server. We only use IP addresses if you make an enquiry with us. This only provides broad demographic information for aggregate use, not personally identify information.
NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may automatically collect non-personal information about you such as the type of internet browser / device you use, or the site from which you linked to our website. You cannot be identified from this information and it is only used to assist in providing and effective service on our website. -Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions on any of our social media websites, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

By participating you hereby release and hold harmless any of the above companies from any and all liability associated with this promotion.
-The closing date is as specified in each competition, and JK reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
-To enter a competition you must be: (a) UK resident; and (b) 17 years old or over at the time of entry.
-Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of JK.
-No purchase necessary.
-Only one entry per person.
-If you win a competition, we will notify you by email, or social media if you entered the competition on a social media platform, within 48 working hours of the closing date. If you do not respond within 48 hours of being notified, you will forfeit your prize and JK reserves the right to choose another winner. -If a panel of judges is required for the competition, it will be comprised of persons detailed on the relevant competition page and/or staff of JK.

-The prize will not be transferable to another person.
-No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
-If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
-Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
