What to expect
at
Massively reduced visitor capacity
We have reduced our visitor numbers even at weekends & holidays to guarantee no overcrowding
Online pre-booked visits
For us to operate with a reduced capacity in a safe and secure way and to avoid any disappointment, all visitors will need to choose a time slot and book online.

Hand Sanitiser
New sanitiser units have been installed throughout the centre, as well as hand sanitiser units at the entrance the toilets. We would also advise customers to wash their hands as frequently as possible.
​
Constant cleaning
We pride ourselves at being spotless at Just Kidding and our JK Team will monitor all areas during the day, as well as a thorough clean when we close each night. We also shut the whole centre, throughout the year, for a BIG CLEAN.
Obviously, if there are any areas you would like us to particularly focus on, please speak to any member of the team.

Air ventilation
Our Fresh air circulators and ceiling extraction units replace the air in the entire centre several times an hour
Antibacterial fogging
At night the building is sanitised with antibacterial fogging equipment especially designed for hospitals, kitchens & leisure facilities. The fogging machine creates an antibacterial fog that coats surfaces with a sterile coating that lasts for several days. The solution we use is not harmful to us or our planet.

Booking Policy

Purchasing a ticket is acceptance of our Booking Policy, Rules of Play and T&C"s.

Adults are defined as 12 plus.​
​

All sessions are 2 hours approx.​ However at quiet times we do permit customers to stay through to the next session.

Please have proof of purchase on entry.

Due to limited capacity - Once purchased, tickets cannot be changed, transferred or refunded.​

We reserve the right to ask visitors to leave before the end of their play session if they are not following our rules of play or are displaying symptoms of illness.

All the team at Just Kidding are working very hard to maintain the safety and cleanliness of our premises so that you can enjoy a fun, safe visit. Please bear with us if there is a slight delay to any aspects of our operation due to cleaning taking place.

You are responsible for your whole party that attend Just Kidding.

It is the bookers responsibility to ensure that his / her party has read and understands our rules of play.

As part of the booking process you will need to provide Contact details.

Entry will not be allowed before your allocated time slot.​

You will be allocated a table as you arrive, We ask that you sit at this table only and do not move it or try to join it to another table.

Parents are very welcome to enter the playframe with their children to aid them.
