Our Covid Policy
We have been working hard to enable our reopening. The safety & well being of our team and customers will always be our number one priority.
Our new safety features include the following:
Massively reduced visitor capacity
We have reduced our visitor numbers right down to just one third of our visitor capacity, to ensure safe social distancing
Online pre-booked visits
For us to operate with a reduced capacity in a safe and secure way and to avoid any disappointment, all visitors will need to choose a time slot and book online.
Dozens of tables removed
We have taken out lots of chairs and tables to ensure that family groups are well separated. All tables are positioned at a safe distance and we would request that they are not moved.
New sanitiser units have been installed throughout the centre, as well as hand sanitiser units at the entrance the toilets. We would also advise customers to wash their hands as frequently as possible.
Team members will be cleaning door handles and other touch points throughout the day. We have increased our cleaning team to keep us squeaky clean all day. Obviously, if there are any areas you would like us to particularly focus on, please speak to any member of the team.
Our Fresh air circulators and ceiling extraction units replace the air in the entire centre several times an hour
New cafe procedures
We would ask all customers to queue, maintaining a safe distance from other guests, whilst ordering food & drink from our servery. Wrapped cutlery and sauce sachets will be handed to you once food is ordered and we encourage contactless payments whenever possible. We will bring all Food to your table.
At night the building is sanitised with antibacterial fogging equipment especially designed for hospitals, kitchens & leisure facilities. The fogging machine creates an antibacterial fog that coats surfaces with a sterile coating that lasts for several days. The solution we use is not harmful to us or our planet.
Loose items removed
We have taken out all the balls from our ball pools and removed any loose play items.
You are welcome to wear a face covering whilst at Just Kidding but this is something we can no longer enforce.
Our play partnership with you
To make sure our safety measures work effectively, we ask all visitors to work with us to help us all keep covid-safe. The most important new ruling is that any children that cannot practise social distancing on their own must be accompanied by an adult at all times. This is very important to comply with new Government guidelines.
The Just Kidding Team will be assessed each morning for any signs of Covid. As an extra measure all team members will be working in bubbles.
Purchasing a ticket is acceptance of our Booking Policy, Rules of Play and T&C"s.
Adults are defined as 12 plus.
All sessions are for 1.5 hours, no overstay is permitted.
Please have proof of purchase on entry.
Due to limited capacity - Once purchased, tickets cannot be changed, transferred or refunded.
We may at anytime be conducting non-contact temperature checks before or during your visit.
We reserve the right to ask visitors to leave before the end of their play session if they are not following our rules of play or are displaying symptoms of illness.
Whilst we are implementing considerable safety, hygiene and social distancing measures, we cannot guarantee that adults or children will not come into contact with adults or children from other households, nor do we accept liability for any illness, or symptoms of illness, which may result during or after a visit.
All the team at Just Kidding are working very hard to maintain the safety and cleanliness of our premises so that you can enjoy a fun, safe visit. Please bear with us if there is a slight delay to any aspects of our operation due to cleaning taking place.
If your chosen date and time is not available please give us a call on 01782 606030.
You are responsible for your whole party that attend Just Kidding.
It is the bookers responsibility to ensure that his / her party has read and understands our rules of play and the new rules relating to Covid19.
As part of the booking process you will need to provide Contact details. These details may be passed onto NHS Track and Trace should there be a need to.
Entry will not be allowed before your allocated time slot.
You will be allocated a table as you arrive, We ask that you sit at this table only and do not move it or try to join it to another table.
Parents are very welcome to enter the playframe with their children to aid them with social distancing.
